Dear Sailing Families,

We have been pioneers at multiple levels in Canadian youth sailing over the past 10 years. We are excited to announce what we believe is the new edge on developing lifelong and successful sailors, the HAPPY Initiative. WHAT IS IT?

Healthy Athlete Performance Program for Youth

The Healthy Athlete Performance Program for Youth is an initiative designed to help raise healthier and happier individuals engaged in competitive sports. We believe in the value of creating a unique support system to enhance the performance and health of the athlete. HAPPY is a holistic approach to competitive sports.
