We are excited to invite all Members to the Annual Squadron Cruising Dinner on Monday, March 25th, at the Saraguay House. We will be joined by members of the Cruising Club of America and the Ocean Cruising Club. The OCC is celebrating the 70th anniversary of their founding this year.
Join us for an evening of celebration dedicated to all things boating, especially cruising, beginning with a 6 pm arrival and followed by dinner service at 7 pm. The event will feature a full buffet, exciting prizes and awards, and a presentation by John van-Schalkwyk on a passage from Florida directly to Ireland.
This annual dinner is an opportunity to celebrate intrepid sailors, reminisce about past expeditions, and get excited about upcoming adventures. Whether you're planning to cruise this season, have cruised before, or simply want to learn more about it, all are welcome!
During the evening, we will provide insights into this summer's cruise, which will explore the coves and islands on the Eastern shore en route to Cape Breton, concluding in Baddeck. For boaters, this is a chance to learn about Squadron Cruising, with no obligation to sign up for the cruise – it's merely an introduction.
The meal will be approximately $50 per person, with menu to be confirmed. RSVP is required for the dinner by 5pm, Wednesday, March 20th.
We look forward to having you join us for an evening of camaraderie and exploration!
